Rita jones was hired to do a third story deck waterproofing and finishing. She insisted that since we are from out of state that she would keep an eye on our project. We were very disappointed. She is obviously very busy with her new home constructions and could not be bothered to check on our project. When we checked on the construction site, it was a mess. We had to clean the third story deck and second story area from resultant debris ourselves. The debris was so excessive it clogged our pool on the second story! We had to have our pool people come in to fix the problem. Rita was very upset that we would not pay her site unseen the last 10% that we owed,. Thank goodness we held out on the last payment. When we actually came to check on the finished project, we discovered a leak. She did send someone out to fix the leak. Overall our experience was subpar because of the total lack of oversight.
